566 new COVID-19 cases recorded; total now 25, 133

Five hundred and sixty six (566) new cases of COVID19 have been recorded in Nigeria.

This was disclosed by the federal government through the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) via its official Twitter handle Monday evening.

In the statement Lagos State was recorded to have registered 166 new coronavirus infections, followed by Oyo State with 66 new cases and Delta State with 53 new cases

In the statement total new cases of COVID-19 infections was put at 25, 133. Out of these cases 9402 patients have been, while 573 patients have died.
