BREAKING; 386 new cases recorded as COVID-19 rates fall in Lagos

Three hundred and eighty six (386) new cases of coronavirus have been recorded as it seems COVID-19 rate is flattened in Nigeria

This was announced by the Nigerian Center for Disease Control (NCDC) in its daily update on COVID-19 through its official Twitter handle Saturday evening.

In the report, FCT was captured to have recorded 130 new COVID-19 cases. Lagos was in far second with 65 new cases and Ondo State came third with 37 new cases.

According to the statement Ekiti, Oyo, Edo, Abia, Ogun, Katsina, Imo and Adamawa are States that recorded less than 10 COVID-19 cases in the last 24hrs.

A further analysis of the report shows that total new cases of coronavirus in Nigeria is now 43,537. Out of these cases 20,087 have been treated and discharged, while 883 deaths have been recorded.
