Commisioner of Police commisions new Police Station donated by philanthropist

The Delta State Commissioner of Police, Mohammed Ari Ali, has commissioned a new divisional police headquarters in Ofuoma Community, Ughelli North Local Government Area of Delta State.

CP Ali said the new divisional police headquarters was built to tackle all sort of crimes that may occur within the community and its environments.

The police commissioner assured the people that the officers and men of the new police station will not engage in any form of bribery and extortions from the people but would strictly tackle cases of kidnapping, armed robbery and cultism which has been a usual occurrence in the vicinity.

He praised Chief Dr. Isaac Akpoveta, Chairman, Delta State Contributory Health Commission, for donating the structures to the police.

The HRM. Ovie of Ughelli Kingdom, Oharisi III pleaded with the people of Ofuoma to work harmoniously with the officers of the new police station in order to reduce crime in Ughelli Kingdom.
