Don’t run away from bandits, take up arms, defend yourself – Another Gov tells residents

The Zamfara State Governor, Bello Mohammed Matawalle, has ordered the residents of his state to defend themselves against the rampaging bandits attacking the state.

The governor gave the order following the latest bandits’ attack in the state in which no fewer than four people including the village head of the Yargeda community of Bakura Local Government Area of the State were killed on Wednesday.

The Governor said that running away frоm bandits would not solve the problem except for the residents to take up arms and defend themselves.
