Five members of vigilance group have been allegedly hacked to death by armed men suspected to be herdsmen in Arimojiga community, Ose local government area of Ondo State.

The incident occurred less than 48 hours after Governor Oluwarotimi Akeredolu visited Molege, a neighbouring community where three persons were killed and houses razed.

Members of Ondo Amotekun Corps, who responded to distress call to Molege were attacked by the herdsmen who took cover in trees.
