The General Overseer of the Living Faith Church popularly known as Winners Chapel, Bishop David Oyedepo, has advised married couples on the dangers of not having a good sex life.
According to the clergyman, couples will be tempted to cheat when there is a lack of sex in their marriage. As such, he advised couples to try as much as possible to make themselves readily available for each other.
In a post shared on the Church’s Facebook handle, the Pastor also averred that a sex-starved marriage is heading nowhere, but straight for destruction.
He wrote: “A sex-starved marriage is heading for destruction; spouses should be available for each other, otherwise there will be a tendency to go where they would be accepted because the burning must be satisfied”.
Oyedepo recently made the headline after a Winners Pastor, identified as Peter Godwin, alleged that he was sacked by the church for not making enough money for the church.
The Pastor who revealed details of his sack in a viral video seen by millions of Nigerians, said he was employed by the church on the 28th of August, 2020, but was sacked after he could not send a certain amount to the Headquarters.
Nigerians reacted to the news by asking if it was indeed biblical for a Pastor to be sacked because he wasn’t generating enough money.
Reacting to the controversial situation, Oyedepo said the only criteria used to measure Pastors performances is the number of souls they have won for the church.
Thus, he said the Pastors were sacked for being unfruitful.
